Rental Reservations

Rental reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment may be required to secure a reservation.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
   
• Cancellations made after this period may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.
   
• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
   

Early Returns

• Early returns do not guarantee a refund for unused rental time unless otherwise stated in writing.
   
• Refunds for early returns are issued at the company’s discretion.
   

Late Returns

• Late returns may result in additional charges, including hourly or daily late fees.
   
• Failure to return rented items may result in full replacement charges.
   

Condition of Returned Items

• All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
   
• Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
   
• Refunds will not be issued for rentals returned damaged or unusable due to misuse.
   

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

• The rental item was unavailable or unfit for use at the start of the rental period
   
• A company error occurred (billing or reservation issue)
   

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind after rental begins
   
• Weather-related issues (unless required by law)
   
• Customer misuse or negligence
   

Security Deposits

If a security deposit is required:

• Deposits will be refunded after the item is inspected
   
• Deductions may be made for damages, missing items, or unpaid fees
   
• Refund processing time may take 1-2 business days
   

Payment Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.
